Machining service for 996/997 GT3/Turbo Water Jackets for our LN Engineering Machine-in 108-102 & 108-102.7 Nickies Sleeves. Our machine-in Mezger cylinder liners use the registers of the steel 105.4mm sleeves, but are made out of billet aluminum for increased strength and cooling. In addition to opening up the registers, we also machine the water jacket pockets to increase coolant capacity and flow for optimal cooling with our Nickies sleeves.
Please note: The engine case spigots will also need to be bored to 4.342″ when using our 108-102 or 108-102.7 Nickies Sleeves
